CALI DAY 5 | VEGAS TO YOSEMITE

With a long drive ahead we arrived at Dollar car hire in good time and then had to wait an hour 20 before we even got served. Although they were the cheapest I'm not sure I can recommend them, especially for the customer service.

CALI DAY 4 | VEGAS TO GRAND CANYON

Starting our day with breaky at the pool bar again I opted for something similar to the previous day and equally as yummy. We were then picked up at our hotel and taken to the airport at Boulder City for a trip to the Grand Canyon.

CALI DAY 3 | VEGAS

We began our first full day early with a healthy breaky at the pool cafe with coffee and fresh juice with granola, yoghurt and fresh fruit.

CALI DAY 2 | MANCHESTER TO VEGAS

We excitedly got up at 5 the next morning to catch our flight. We ate more leftover cake and then got breaky at the Giraffe cafe. The flight was long and very boring and there wasn't much to see.

GRADUATE FASHION WEEK 2014 | PART TWO

The second half of GFW was a little more chilled and included a talk with Gareth Pugh and Hilary Alexander, a trip to the Natural History Museum and a few glasses of wine! All the student collections were incredible and you can tell they worked extremely hard.

In the end I had such a good week. Thanks to Olivia's family for putting up with us!

London with my girls is fast becoming one of my favourite things.

GRADUATE FASHION WEEK 2014 | PART ONE

Graduate Fashion Week was a blur of awe, intimidation, excitement, fun, creativity, exhaustion, giggles and a few celebs!

I have been interested a career in the fashion industry since I was about 15 and university was the natural progression for me to take. I sailed through my 3 year degree loving life but always comparing my work to my friends and never believing it was quite as good. Then attending GFW was like a slap to the face of confident, creative and very stylish girls. And these are the girls I'm competing with for a job!

Never the less it was a fun week and encouraged me to be a little more brave with my clothing and style choices, just a little, for now...

I split this post into two halves because there were quite a few pictures but I thought I would give you a little insight into the week. It was fascinating exploring all the other universities exhibitions and watching the catwalk shows! Check back soon for part two.

If any of you guys went, what did you think of it?
