Teriyaki Salmon


I've mentioned a few times my lack of cooking skills but I'm starting to get a little better, I think anyway! Rob says it like this: he 'wings it' and it always seems to work, where as when I 'wing it', disaster strikes.

For this teriyaki salmon all I did was marinade it for a little more than 15 minutes pop it in the oven and serve it with crushed baby potatoes and a dressed salad.

Easy and yummy!
